How to Prepare

Always use fresh water. Pour boiling water over the tea bag and allow it to steep for 3–4 minutes.
The same tea bag may be infused up to three times within 24 hours. Enjoy your herbal tea either hot or cold.
For loose-leaf herbal tea, add 2–3 tablespoons of the blend to 1 litre of water.
Allow it to steep for approximately 10 minutes, then strain and serve.
