Wild-Harvested Botanicals for Distilleries

A Dialogue Between Land and Distillation
We are a farm based in Sardinia, working with wild-grown botanicals and natural raw materials that are hand-harvested across different areas of the island, in landscapes that remain largely untouched and rich in biodiversity.
Our work begins in the field: walking the land, observing plants in their natural habitat, and respecting the rhythms of the seasons.
We harvest only what nature provides, at the right time and in the right conditions, without forcing growth cycles or relying on intensive cultivation.
We believe that Sardinia holds an extraordinary botanical heritage: a unique combination of species, microclimates, and aromatic profiles rarely found elsewhere in Italy or Europe. It is a richness that deserves to be explored with care and curiosity, including within the world of contemporary distillation.

Why Partner With Us for Distillation Botanicals
The distilleries that choose to work with us are looking for:
• Authenticity rather than uniformity
• Raw materials with a story, not anonymous ingredients
• A direct relationship with the people who harvest and select the botanicals
• The opportunity to create spirits that genuinely reflect a specific landscape and place
We enjoy collaborating with distilleries that see botanicals as a central element of their project—not simply as an aromatic addition, but as an integral part of the spirit's identity and story.
What we offer:
• Direct dialogue regarding aromatic profiles and project requirements
• Up-to-date information on seasonal availability
• Long-term continuity whenever natural conditions allow

Collaborative experiences
Emerging Distilleries and Independent Projects
The wild botanicals we harvest are particularly suited to craft and experimental distillation projects, where the quality and character of the raw material are an essential part of the creative process.
In recent years, we have collaborated with emerging distilleries and independent projects, supplying wild Sardinian botanicals such as myrtle berries, juniper berries, and helichrysum. These botanicals have been incorporated into a variety of craft gins and experimental spirits, contributing distinctive aromatic nuances shaped by the landscapes of Sardinia.
Some of these collaborations have developed within established distilleries, while others have emerged from personal and experimental initiatives. Today, an increasing number of enthusiasts and independent creators are able to explore the world of distillation in a more accessible and informed way, bringing new ideas and perspectives to the craft.
Distillation as a Search for Identity
In these projects, the search is not only technical but also deeply personal. The goal is often to create a gin or spirit that reflects a story, a place, or a meaningful connection to one's origins and experiences.
This is the case, for example, in collaborations where Sardinian botanicals have been combined with species from other regions, creating spirits that bring different landscapes into dialogue through aroma and flavour.
In such projects, our role goes beyond simply supplying raw materials. We share our direct knowledge of the botanicals we harvest—their aromatic characteristics, seasonal availability, and, when relevant, their cultural and symbolic significance as understood through local traditions and years of field experience.
Samples, Experimentation and Dialogue
Every distillation project begins with listening, exploration, and testing. For this reason, when there is genuine interest in a collaboration, we can provide small botanical samples to support the experimentation phase before any final order is placed.
For us, sending samples is not simply a transaction but part of an ongoing dialogue. It gives us the opportunity to discuss aromatic goals, understand the type of spirit being developed, and explore the role each botanical may play within the project.
How Sample Requests Work
If you are developing a new idea, recipe, or early-stage distillation project, feel free to contact us.
We will be pleased to discuss your goals, explore the most suitable botanicals for your project, and evaluate the possibility of providing samples for testing and experimentation.
