Prices and Payment

The price applicable to the purchase of the Goods is the amount displayed on the Website at the time the Order is submitted. Any previous or subsequent offers shall not affect the applicable price.

All prices for Goods offered on the Website include applicable taxes.

Any costs payable by the Buyer are indicated on the Website. Any costs not expressly charged to the Buyer shall be borne by the Seller.

The Buyer must pay the price to the Seller immediately upon receipt of the Order Confirmation, using one of the following payment methods, as indicated on the Website:

• Payment by credit card, debit card, or prepaid card, using the card networks indicated on the Website and entering all required details;

• Payment through PayPal.

Credit card payments are processed through PayPal’s secure servers. PayPal uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connections with 128-bit encryption to provide a high level of security. When you place an order and choose to pay by credit card, you will be redirected to a PayPal page where you can enter your card details. The information is encrypted and transmitted only between your computer and PayPal’s secure server. It does not pass through our server and is not recorded or stored by us in any way, making it impossible for us to intercept or use it fraudulently, either during or after the purchase.

Shipping Times and Product Availability

The delivery timeframe indicated on the Shipping page is not binding and cannot be considered grounds for withdrawal from the contract.

If the ordered goods are unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, you will be informed immediately.

Transport Issues

In the event of any problems relating to the transportation of the products, the customer must check the integrity of the package and its contents and report any irregularities to us within 7 days of receipt.
