how to use them
Essential oils are concentrated aromatic substances and must be used with care. The appropriate methods of use depend on the characteristics of each individual essential oil and the product’s intended use.
Skin Application
Topical application is not suitable for all essential oils. Where appropriate, they should be used according to the specific product instructions, with suitable dilution in a carrier oil where necessary.
Environmental Diffusion
For use in a diffuser, only use essential oils suitable for this purpose and follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer of both the essential oil and the diffuser.
Do not ingest essential oils or apply them undiluted to the skin. Keep out of reach of children.
