Order Preparation and Delivery

Orders are generally prepared and carefully packaged within 1–2 business days, starting from the business day following receipt of the order.

Once the order has been prepared, it is handed over to the courier responsible for delivery.

Orders are not normally prepared or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery generally takes place within 2–7 business days from the date on which the order is handed over to the courier.

\* The delivery times indicated are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, time of year, the courier’s operating conditions and circumstances beyond Spontaneus’ control. In particular, deliveries to islands, remote areas or locations that are difficult to reach may take longer.

Depending on the destination and the selected service, shipments may be handled by the following couriers:

  • BRT – Bartolini;

  • DHL;

  • TNT/FedEx Express;

  • SDA;

  • UPS.

When the order is handed over to the courier, the user will generally receive an email containing the tracking link or tracking number, sent directly by the carrier selected for the shipment.

Through the courier’s tracking system, the user can monitor the delivery status and, where available, select any customised delivery services offered by the carrier.

Shipping Updates and Order Statuses

During periods of high order volumes, such as Black Friday, the Christmas season or sales periods, order preparation and delivery times may be longer than usual.

The tracking information is generally sent by email directly by the courier responsible for the shipment as soon as the parcel is accepted by the carrier, usually on the same day or on the following business day.

The email contains the information required to monitor the shipment, including the tracking number and, where available, a link to the courier’s tracking page.

Any subsequent changes to the delivery address or delivery date must be requested, authorised and agreed directly with the courier. Depending on the carrier and the service used, such changes may be managed through the digital assistance services made available by the courier via the tracking email.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please check your email inbox for any communications from the courier and monitor the shipment using the relevant tracking link.

Order Statuses

The following order statuses may be displayed:

  • ORDER RECEIVED: the order has been received and is being processed by our systems.

  • BEING PREPARED: the order is being processed at our warehouse and has not yet been handed over to the courier.

  • HANDED OVER TO THE COURIER: the order has left our warehouse and has been entrusted to the courier responsible for delivery.

  • DELIVERED TO THE RECIPIENT: the shipment has reached its destination and has been marked as delivered.

  • HELD AT THE COURIER DUE TO FAILED DELIVERY: the courier has attempted delivery one or more times but was unable to deliver the order. In this case, please contact the courier directly using the details provided in the tracking email to obtain information about releasing the shipment from storage or arranging a new delivery attempt.

Accuracy of Information and Responsibility for Delivery

The buyer is requested to pay particular attention when entering personal details and the delivery address during the order-completion process, providing information that is truthful, complete and accurate.

In particular, the buyer should carefully check the email address and telephone number, which may be necessary for communications concerning the order, the products purchased and delivery.

The buyer undertakes to promptly notify the Seller in writing of any circumstances that may prevent or make delivery of the purchased goods more difficult and, where necessary, to provide specific instructions to facilitate shipment.

Any additional costs arising from omissions, inaccuracies or errors in the information provided by the buyer, including incomplete or incorrect addresses, unreachable contact details or unavailability to receive the delivery, shall be borne by the buyer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Any delivery delays directly attributable to such omissions, errors or incomplete information shall not be attributable to the Seller, without prejudice to any mandatory obligations imposed by law.

The Seller shall also not be liable for delays or obstacles affecting delivery caused by force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, including, by way of example, exceptional natural events, strikes, emergencies, measures adopted by public authorities, transport disruptions or other circumstances that are unforeseeable and beyond the Seller’s reasonable control.

This is without prejudice to the mandatory provisions of applicable law concerning consumer protection and distance selling.

Delivery Inspection and Reporting of Problems

Upon delivery, the buyer is requested to carefully check that:

  • the goods received correspond to the order placed;

  • the packaging is intact and shows no obvious signs of damage or tampering;

  • there are no immediately detectable anomalies or defects, namely any apparent defects.

If the packaging is damaged, tampered with or not intact, the buyer should report the issue directly to the carrier at the time of delivery and, where possible, indicate on the delivery document that the goods are being “accepted subject to inspection”, specifying the nature of the damage observed.

The buyer is also advised to take photographs of the packaging and the goods received and send them to the Seller, so that the circumstances can be properly assessed.

Failure to report apparent damage to the packaging or missing parcels to the carrier may make it more difficult to establish responsibility for damage occurring during transport. However, such failure does not automatically exclude the buyer’s rights under applicable law, particularly with regard to conformity defects, statutory guarantees and consumer protection.

If there is a problem with the order received, or if a purchased product is defective or does not conform to the order, we apologise for the inconvenience and invite you to contact us promptly.

For reports, complaints or assistance requests, please contact:

natural.service.sardegna@gmail.com

To help us handle your request efficiently, please include:

  • the order number;

  • the buyer’s name;

  • the product concerned;

  • a description of the problem;

  • photographs of the product and packaging, where available;

  • any other information that may be useful for assessing the issue.

Sustainable and Reused Packaging

Spontaneus pays attention to the environmental impact of its activities and, whenever possible, uses boxes and packaging materials recovered from previous shipments.

For this reason, the packaging received may contain writings, labels or graphics relating to other products, goods or companies. This does not affect the integrity of the contents or the correct preparation of the order.

To help reduce waste, we invite you to reuse the packaging whenever possible or dispose of it in the appropriate recycling containers, in accordance with the applicable local regulations.

In some cases, to protect bottles or other fragile products, we may use protective materials recovered from previous shipments, such as bubble wrap or polystyrene.

These materials can also be reused for other purposes, helping to extend their useful life and reduce waste.
